At California Merchant Solution, we like to establish mutually beneficial partnerships with our clients in order to make generating passive revenue as seamless and effortless for them as possible. We do this by utilizing our tried-and-true business model of partnering with local ATM technicians, installers, and cash-loaders in every major metropolitan area to perform the physical maintenance aspects of managing an ATM, and we work in-house to process transactions and handle customer disputes. In return, we split the surcharge with you on transaction fees and send you a check in the mail every few months. We handle the heavy lifting and logistics while we improve your business’ cash flow.

How It Works

1. Buy the ATM ourselves and have it installed at your location, bolting it securely to the floor.
2. Program the ATM and set up transaction processing.
3. Monitor the cash level and activity status of the ATM, loading it with cash as needed.
4. Handle necessary maintenance and repairs, provide supplies related to operating the ATM and a toll-free 24/7/365 technical support helpline.

At California Merchant Solution, we strive for flexibility in the ATM Placement programs we offer, in order to provide partnerships that are best suited for our clients’ individual needs. So for those who don’t mind working with us to help maintain our ATM machines in return for a larger share of the surcharge revenue, we are happy to provide the opportunity to do that.

This would work the same as our Full-Service Free ATM Placement Program, only instead you will provide cash replenishment for the ATM and make sure that the receipt paper is loaded. We still purchase and install the ATM ourselves, process transactions, and handle customer disputes. In return, we split the surcharge revenue with you down the middle, 50/50.

Under this option, you will also handle minor maintenance issues for the ATM with support from our team that will be on standby to help with 24/7 tech support. We will still be responsible for larger repairs and replacement parts.

How It Works  You will scout out solid locations for ATM installation, and negotiate an agreement with the merchants to provide an ATM. Places like large retail centers, hotels, bars, and the like are all great candidates for an ATM placement, given their high foot-traffic and the makeup of their customer base.  Once you’ve established an agreement with the merchant, you can work with us to purchase an ATM machine that you know your client will be pleased with. We’ll take care of shipping and you will help the client get the machine installed and securely bolted to the ground.  From there, our pre-programmed ATMs will be ready to go once you’ve finished loading it with cash, and you can begin generating passive revenue after every time a customer uses your ATM to make a withdrawal. When a customer takes cash from their account, you will collect a transaction surcharge fee. The average surcharge fee nationally is $3, however, this can fluctuate depending on the industry the ATM is located in, and you will likely split this surcharge fee with the merchant you partner with (however much you agreed upon when you approached them).
