Shipping policy

We ship every order within 3 business days of payment confirmation. Once your order leaves our facility, transit normally takes 5 to 7 business days, so most orders arrive within 10 business days of the day you place them.

Shipping cost
Shipping is included at no extra charge on ATM machine orders. ATMs ship by freight with lift gate delivery included, and the carrier will call you to schedule a delivery window.

Where we ship
We ship within the United States only.

Tracking
You will receive tracking information by email as soon as your order ships. If you have not received tracking within 3 business days of ordering, or your order has not arrived within 10 business days, email us at manu@atm.ceo and we will find it for you.

Damaged or missing shipments
Inspect your shipment before you sign for it. If the packaging or the machine looks damaged, note it on the delivery receipt and contact us the same day at manu@atm.ceo so we can file a claim and make it right.
